1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• If you purchase merchandise or any other items from our website www.gausevarashtriyarotibank.org, your order will be processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
   
• A confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable) will be sent once the order is shipped.
   

2. Delivery Locations

• We currently deliver within India.
• Some remote locations may have limited delivery services, and we will notify you in case of any delivery restrictions.
   

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹50 (Free for orders above ₹500)
• Express Shipping: ₹100 (Available at an additional cost)
• Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
   

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 5-7  business days
• Other Cities & Rural Areas: 8-10 business days
• Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   

5. Tracking Your Order

• If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
• You can check the delivery status using the provided tracking link.
   

6. Undelivered or Delayed Shipments

• If an order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
   
• Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
   

7. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
   

8. Charitable Distributions

• If you have contributed towards a specific charitable cause involving physical distribution (e.g., food, clothing, or relief materials), we ensure that your donations reach the intended beneficiaries.
   
• While we do not provide shipment tracking for charitable distributions, we may share updates on social media or via email newsletters.
